HAYDENBERRY COMMONS is a 64 unit apartment complex in Milton, Vermont for seniors (55+) who are independent and want to live worry free. We are a one or two bedroom, single level rental apartment community with no garden to maintain, no snow to shovel, no property taxes to pay, no household repairs, and emergency medical assistance at the pull of a cord! This Milton property is owned and operated by three brothers and another local builder/general contractor. Vermont is more than just a place to do business for them. They have raised their families here and actively supported their local communities. Over 20 years ago the brothers formed Black Bay Ventures and they have been operating businesses in Vermont ever since.
